We recommend booking online in advance particularly on weekends and school holidays.  Our online booking system is the most efficient way to book your tickets. Alternatively, you can book over the phone.

Clip ‘n Climb is not just for kids!  Adults of all ages and abilities will enjoy just as much.  Once you try it you’ll realise what a great workout it is.

Yes!  Our Cafe has a varied range of delicious snacks and meals and we also serve amazing coffees.  We also have a choice of set menus for all occasions, including birthday parties, group bookings and corporate events.

Why wait to order? you can jump online and order your food so that is ready after you climb!

Yes, to abide by the strict safety guidelines of Clip ‘n Climb, ALL climbers must attend the safety briefing before each climbing session regardless of how many times you’ve been to Clip ‘n Climb.

To cancel your session at Clip ‘ n Climb Phillip Island we require 48 hours notice prior to your session start time.  Rescheduling is based on availability.  Please call reception to cancel or make changes to your booking.

Children under the age of 13 years need to have an actively supervising parent/guardian (over 18 years), with a maximum ratio of six children to one adult (6:1) for supervision purposes. All adults supervising the climb are required to attend the safety / harness briefing and to help their kids to connect the belay mate.

 

No, payment is only required for climbers.  All supervising parents/guardians will not be charged and are encouraged to join their children in the arena.

No, only Clip ‘n Climb Phillip Island passes can be used at Clip ‘n Climb Phillip Island.  Passes are not transferable to any other Clip ‘n Climb centre.

Island VR does look cool, you are right! We recommend the experience for children above 8 years and for people who don’t suffer from motion sickness or have a previous neck or back injury.
